Come celebrate Mardi Gras with the Velez Trio! Headed by Andrew Velez on trumpet, the jazz combo features a rotation of incredible musicians ranging between bass, piano and guitar. Velez maintains a vibrant voice throughout the DMV area, and continues to perform on both national and international stages alike with artists and ensembles such as: GoGo Symphony, National Symphony Orchestra, Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra, Lady Antebellum, Griz, and The Green Machine (George Mason). Enjoy an evening of live music as the intimate trio perform a variety of jazz standards and New Orleans favorites.
